Lee Jussim is a social psychologist who teaches at Rutgers University. His work is crucial for the deeper understandings around the mechanics of ideologically-driven approaches to what many are calling Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).

Greetings, readers. It’s been a few months since I’ve written for Ground Experience. As expected, the main reason for this gap is the work I am involved in at the college I teach at.

Sometime over the next week I will publish a piece about the revision process of the charter and bylaws of the Franklin Cummings College Senate that I organized in collaboration with colleagues and the college’s administrative team and the work that went behind this process.
