A short note of gratitude to the readership

Greetings to Ground Experience readers.

This is a short post to inform readers that I’ve gifted all paid subscribers a “forever” subscription. I’m not sure how that works exactly, but I’m pretty sure that when renewal time comes about, there will be no charge.

Thank you so much for your support of this publication. This is not a means for me to earn a living, but the paid subscriptions meant a lot to me as a moral support, so I want you to know that I have deeply appreciated that support.

As I have noted in other posts, I am not always able to produce writings as often as I would like. The biggest reason for this is that I’m a caregiver for two elderly people (an adopted mother and my birth mother) and I also work full-time as an educator.

While I continue to read and research and plan more essays (more coming!), it takes me a longer time than it might take other writers to formulate my thoughts around certain issues. I guess that comes with the territory of writing about issues through a contemplative lens.

So, to close this short post, I want to say a very heartfelt thank you to both paid subscribers and free subscribers. I am a lucky man that even a small number of people have read my output up to this point.

There are a few pieces I have been developing over the past year that I look forward to publishing when life circumstances allow me the time and heart/mind space.
