Very useful to me……. The ideology approach to DEI creates much animosity and schools need to be able to speak the organic approach to parents and taxpayers or they will experience the sting of rejection

Thank you for this response, Garry. Yes. I'm in the middle of these things professionally and have found myself between the proverbial rock and a hard place. So far, I've been able to advocate for a less ideological approach to DEI. But, it sometimes feels like zombies are at the gate and that eventually we won't be able to hold down the fort. Still, there is hope. People are beginning to see what is happening while still resisting the urge to join forces with authoritarian movements from other sides of the spectrum.

Thank you, Eric. As you know, I really appreciate it when people take the time to take in these long pieces that take me a while to put together. It's not always apparent that efforts like this are landing in a way that resonates with people.
